- The International Labor Organization (ILO) is recruiting a National Consultant to carry out a mapping of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) in Mauritania, assess the situation and the needs of its entities, and identify the development opportunities of this sector. This missionis carried out for the benefit of the Ministry of Vocational Training, Handicrafts and Trades, in collaboration with all the stakeholders concerned. Profil sought after university diploma (master or doctorate) in ESS, economics, social or related fields; Minimum of eight(8) years of experience in Mauritania in the field of ESS, local economic development and the development of value chains. Knowledge of ILO approaches and methodologies is an asset; Excellent skills in qualitative and analysis of data andquantitative.
