- The project concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of a production line of sea salt with a capacity of 1 ton/hour in Nouadhibou, Mauritanie. The line is organized in five main steps: power supply and crushing of crude salt: use of silos, conveyors, distributors, distributors, distributors, distributors, distributors Elimation systems for metallic impurities and endless screws, all of food stainless steel. Washing and crushing: includes spiral washers, double roller crushers, agitation, brine pumps and vacuum tanks for optimal cleaning. Includes a thickness, a double -stage centrifuge, a vibrating fluidized dryer and dusting systems to reduce humidity to a minimum level. IIDATION AND SIVING: Includes buckets with buckets, dosters silos, mixing screws, rotary sieve and conveyors to obtain salt Homogeneous iode complies with WFT standards: automatic machines for packaging in sachets (250g to 5kg), suitable control and conveyors. The technical specifications detail for each equipment: capacity, dimensions, materials (mainly steel Stainless 304/316L) and the necessary accessories.
