Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Tractors and Tillers with Their Accessories for the Mechanization of Rainfed Agriculture. 2. The Support Project for the National Monitoring and Response Plan to the COVID-19 Pandemic under the General Delegation for National Solidarity and the Fight Against Exclusion "TAAZOUR", is soliciting offers under seal from of eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide: 12 75 hp tractors with accessories and sets of spare parts; 15 90 hp tractors with accessories and sets of spare parts; 10 Tractors 120 HP with accessories and Lots of spare parts; 6. The Tender Dossier in French can be purchased by any interested Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of 2,000 Ouguiyas (MRU) . The method of payment will be exclusively a payment to the Public Treasury of the (RIM). · Provide financial statements for the last 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2021) certified by a certified public accountant, or, if not required by the regulations of the country of the foreign candidate, other financial statements acceptable to the Master of the Work. · Have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 335,000,000 MRU during the last three years, this turnover must be verified on the basis of certified financial statements, or if this is not required by the regulations of the foreign candidate's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer. · Provide a credit line certificate for this contract and free of any other commitment of an amount equal to at least 50,000,000 MRU . 2. Technical capacity and experience: The Bidder must prove, with supporting documentation, that it meets the technical capacity and experience requirements below: · The tenderer must have carried out, over the past five years (2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, 2022) , at least one contract for the supply of agricultural machinery for a value at least equal to 134,000,000 MRU, certified by a master public or semi-public work or by an international body. 3. The Bidder must provide written proof that the Goods it offers meet the following condition(s) of use: in accordance with the technical specifications in Section VII of the DAO.
